1 kilo payload (2.2 pounds)

I have a quick question for the experts out there. Some friends of friends are doing a university project and need a rc plane that will carry a 1 kilo payload. Consists of 500 grams of video camera, a camera mount, gps, and a range of other electrical stuff they need. They already have the camera, and no budget to get something lighter. The camera needs to point straight down.

I have been flying a blue baby 2 with great success, but I really don't think it will carry that much weight. A kit would probably be preferable ARTF. They can adapt their mount to fit the plane. They would also like to do 20+ minute flights!!

Any suggestions you guys could throw my way would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers, A.
