Zion National Park today

It is still cold in here, winds above 13mph and somewhat cloudy. On positive side it's not crowded.

WOW, awesome shots Peter. Beautiful park. Any video ?

I keep watching your Grand Canyon video and think to myself. I would need a
good rope tied around my waist thats anchored to a tree, and a parachute to
stand that close to the edge.

Wingger I am
Recently just dumped my non-wings, almost new EasyStar (worthless in winds) was 1st to go.
I can fly with digital camera onboard in 25mph wind no problem, simple Slinger takes little room in car and somewhat invisible to others(think park rangers) esp. when at hight it looks just like another bird

I have to ask, have you cut your wing in two? Then are you using two carbon rods for the center section, it looks wide open. So uyou set you camera in the cutout part?

Just had another look at that wing of yours. Beautiful machine. I think I am going to have to revive my ZagNuts project at some point as an alternative to my EasyGlider and for the higher altitude pics in addition to the APMk's. Unusually small winglets on your wing. How did you get them that small? And any pics of your camera mount?

Absolutely amazing!

I was going to say stunning, but somebody beat me to it.

Zion is a majestic place. I've been there twenty times or so, and it gets better each time (maturity?).

So, what camera and plane are you using? I hate to be unoriginal, but I'd love to duplicate that system if you don't mind. You nailed it!

Hi FMKIT, looked you up on QRZ. It says your ticket has expired. Maybe you've renewed it and QRZ isn't up to date. If not, then just a reminder to renew you license! Fantastic videos and pictures. Also very creative plane designs. I enjoy what your doing.

Those are great pics! Just there in October-my favorite National Park. We stayed in the Lodge outside the park with the bison herd. Every morning was perfect flying weather with a huge open field and beautiful scenery. Of course I didn't have a plane .
