3010B balancing problem

I've just gotten a 3010B. I updated the firmware from 3.13 to 3.14, but I still have the problem that the balancing is bad on my 5S batteries (it's also bad on 10S batteries in a very similar manner). It's always the same pattern. Out of the 5 cells, the 3rd cell will always be too low, but the 5th cell will always be too high, each by over 0.1 Volts. I.e., the charged cells are always 4.2, 4.2, 4.0, 4.2, 4.3. Is my 3010B defective?

Thanks,

FDj

There are some problems with tthe Junsi iCharger 1010b+ I bought.

The first problem was poor calibration, which I managed to improve.
The other problem I have not been able to fix and concerns the USB connection, I think. I keep having serious blue screen errors when I connect it to my pc and want to view the data in Logview. My IT-specialist friend says that it is probably related to the USD driver. I have the most recent version installed on my PC and use win7 32bit. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thank you

iCharger User Calibration
The iCharger has been calibrated before entering to the markets, but if the users find that there is too
much deviation, you can calibrate it as the following items:

Thanks, but I had already read that piece and that is exactly how I solved problem no1.

As for the very annoying windows crashes I have not found any solution and tried quite a few things already....

My charger showed the same behavior. I managed to fix it by recalibrating it, see********************

Edit: just noticed that the post above from everydayflyer was directed at you. Not directed at me. Sorry. Bloody foreigner! (yes, me, I am from Europe)

With little doubt it's a rebadge, not a clone.

3010B rebadge here.

I believe Bert made those videos after he made some comments on RR, comments I had issue with, as they were not very truthful. He seems to have addressed the concerns in the videos.

Voltz, Voltz.
Maybe this rebadging helps to calm down restless US consciences.
Chinese design, Chinese fabrication, local name. Almost made in USA

Ah ah ah!!! And there are only few products made in Poland: Fiat Panda e 500....
And my father own and old Fiat 126 FSM....made in Poland!

Sorry for OT....
I'm goign to buy a bigger power supply...I own a P350, is possible to connect it in series with another P350 to have 30 V in output?
I known that switching PS don't work well if connected is series or parallel....isn't it???
