E-Flite AT-6 Texan: Futaba or JR Sport Servos?

I am ordering all of the parts for a build of the E-Flite At-6 Texan. The manual calls for JR Sprot Micro Servos. I will be using a Futaba 7C 24GHz radio/receiver system. I do not know if the connectors on the JR Sport servos will mate up with my Futaba 7C receiver. I have cross checked specs on all of the servos required for this build and have found Futaba matches for each servo. Can I use the JR Sport servos with my Futaba radio system or do I have to use the Futaba servos for all of the harnesses and servo connectors to match up correctly?

I'm pretty certain you can use either brand of servos if you choose. The biggest thing to worry about is the ESC that you decide on. You want to make sure you have "big" enough BEC. Either within the ESC itself or a seperate one.

Bachfire,
Hitec HS225 servos are a drop in replacement for the JR servos and have more torque. Available at Todds where I got mine. Someone also posted they saw them somewhere for $17.99 each.

I'm using HS 82MG 's on Aileron
Hs 81's on Elevator(2) and Rudder
JR RT88, there is a HItec equivalent on retract
And some cheap Hobby People Cirrus mini servos on flaps.

I think using a seperate BEC is a good idea with all those servos.

Can I get a link to one of these BECs? I thought the ESC took care of this.

I'm using HS 81mg's for ailerons and tail feathers. JR MC35's on the flaps and the 88 for retracts. Also running a CC BEC. Havent had any problems at all.
