No doubt. I wouldn't want to limit the number of pilots per state. Anyone that would like to be involved is welcome. The only thing I ask for those wanting to volunteer is that are confident in their flying abilities to believe they won't crash the airplane and be willing to drive the airplane to the next pilot. And take a photo of themselves at their flying field with the airplane. Preferably in front of their field's sign.

I suggest each pilot state what state they will represent.

I suggest each pilot state what town or city they live in so that come kind of schedule can be arranged to move the plane around.

I am going back to edit my post to include these things.

Frank, I suggest you add a template to the first post.

City, State, Zip so people know what is expected.

All very good ideas Ed, thanks. I am keeping a spreadsheet to track pilots, their addresses, the field they plan on flying at and the distances from one pilot to the next based off of Microsoft Streets and Trips. The only thing I know about every pilot right now that has volunteered is their state and screen name which is also annotated on my spreadsheet.

I'll edit Post #1 to ask for the info.

Sure, this would be fun. I'm on the Wyoming/Idaho border. 83455

But here in the wild west, distances are too great for driving. I'm probably 75 miles from the nearest pilot to the west, and 200 miles to the east. The plane and gear needs to be in a shippable box for me to play. This would not be a bad idea even for the drivers, so it is well protected and all together.

Steve,

Thanks for joining in. The box is a good idea. We'll wait and see who turns up in your area. Never know who is out there.

Dear Frank,

I would love to participate.

Bailey, CO 80421

However, I am only 50 miles southwest of Denver, CO. I like the idea of using a Stevens Aero SQuiRT. Tough little bird. Nearly indestructable with the recommended direct drive 400.

Thanks, Bruce

Count me in for Western NY. I can get it from somebody in Buffalo and transefer to somebody in Syracuse. Maybe we can get Dave Mathewson (aka The Prez) to volunteer to get it from Syracuse to Albany or some where in the Mid Hudson Valley.
