Naturally but i have to finish my cnc mill and hotwire cutter first.
then i can surply precut foam blocks and drawings for it .
or if the interest is big enough make an epoxy/glass version of it.

Right now i am making the 70 mm
But it could be done for the 90 mm i have done the shells for that one already .
it is only a matter of the box size sendt.

i see ...after you have glued it together you sand it to shape ..you left it over sized so you could get a nice curve between the station lines.

Kevin.
I use the outside of the shell where the templates were.
But i do control the inside to make sure it fits good as it makes fiber glassing easier that way. Sanding inside is more throublesom than on the outside.
the extra outside material is to ensure enough room to have the sanding do a soft curve using the assambly line as "former"
I shall take pictures of the process and post them.

Beta saab Draken

now all parts are fine ajusted and glued together with mix of gorilla glue and light spackle.
notice that i placed the midle part first to have as little diviation in the final plane.
Total work time is 10 hours now.
