Haven't you run it yet on that ESC? Does it still have the JS-1400 in it?

no i bought this ESC from here ,but it was missing a fet so i sent it in and they had to replace it ...the repair order said burned fets and would'nt update ...i really dont believed the fets were burnt...just one broke off at the solder joint . so i just got it back ....took like 2month to get it ...and yes the JS is still in there i ran it with a Dons RC 80 amp esc. but with v-r rotor its pushing 90amps

Did you run it in the plane? I think it might be higher because of all the long ducting. When do you think she will maiden? I really would like to be there

in a test stand with a inlet ring it was 1400 watts 96amps ...in the plane with a bit of the batt used up it made 1200 watts 80 something amps.so yeah the ducting is not letting all the air in that it need...but at 100 mph it should be ok ...not sure when i will madienhope to get a taxi test in by the end of the week ..C/N is going to san diego to fly with Chris Wolfe next sat .....it would be nice if i could get down there and do it ..but not sure yet .....i need to make sure this esc will work first

Great looking bird AS, nice work!

BTW, does that thing have a huge lifting area or what. She should float in really softly.
