Wind Tunnel for kiteboarding tests?

I am working with several other Silicon Valley entrepreneurs on a way to test kites (for kiteboarding) in a wind tunnel. We are interested in talking to any engineers with wind tunnel design experience. We expect the initial conversation to take no more than 30 minutes. Please contact me if you are interested. Thank you.

Kites are generally of fabric covering. Fabric covering may be too flexable to achieve real data in wind tunnel testingl Also, kites (as used on surfing kites) work 180 degrees to approximately 40 degrees into the on coming breeze. This puts such kites at a very short angle to the width of a wind tunnel testing facility. There may not be suffecient 'swing' room, from a fixed pivot point to swing fore and aft, and, to test left and right edges of the sail pattern. These would be critical criteria that must have defined termination, or, failure of aerofoil limits as 'do not exceed' specifications. This more to protect yourself from lawsuits then protecting the user of your product. There are risks.
