I guess larger wing span and longer fuselage is "not that different"..

Comments like that are what earn us a label as snobs. Not everyone's a builder. Some just don't have or have lost the fine motor skills required. The Cessna and the Citabria fly a lot better than most of the "built" models I've done or seen done. While I enjoy seeing modelers building advanced micros, I don't impugn those who can't.

I am happy to see a different plane to choose from and they most certainly different, thus a P-51 is not much different than a P-38. I prefer to build myself and the electronics have been a happy addition to the other equipment available. The recent surge in this size of aircraft and the equipment has given the elite a lower podium to stand on and many don't like it.

I'm with Robert, I had hoped for a more exciting subject.
Well, like the Romans said: de gustibus non est disputandum and I'm sure they nicked that from the Greeks

Anyway we can still hope, in the high wing monoplanes there's still the Fieseler Storch and the Bird Dog.

You're reading a lot into my comment...wasn't mean't that way at all. I have a Cessna and fly it regularly...it's a blast I think it's been a great boon to our micro world on many levels. It just appeared from the picture that for the second plane in the "line" they had copied themselves, instead of doing something a little different. I do enjoy seeing all the planes people build using their equipment.

Oh, I hate being called a snob (even if it's true). You'd better watch what you say...I'll be looking for revenge

I need a BIGGER lvng rm!
Take it easy guys, I don't believe Rguillot meant it the way you took it. I love my Cessna, and plan on buying the Citabria, however I can understand the desire for them to build something a little more exotic for an RTF. I for one would like to see some WWII warbirds offered. From my experience, even though Robert builds some models that are way out of most of our leagues, he is still willing to share his knowledge and even post plans to his models for free so the rest of us can give it a try. If anything I am thankful, not offended!

Kyosho said months ago they'd add 'suitable high wing' models to the line. I would'nt wait for warbirds.

It looks like right now high wing monoplans are the only planform that the minimum electronics are suited too. Will need to up-grade the motor at a minimum before bringing in different designs with higher wing loading and/or size!

Am glad they are adding to the line. Might make for long time availability of the gear.
