I've already gotten one e-mail asking - and it isn't very clear in the column....

MGM ComPro controllers can be had in the US from several sources including EAM, Northeast Sailplanes and Mega Motors USA. In other parts of the world they are also sold under the Model Motors name (so, for example, Puffin Models in the UK has them).

I have an 8 amp MGM which works well except for a "step" just below full throttle. A 18 I bought later does not do this - what is the software rev of the ones you have on test?

I admit I didn't spend alot of time looking at how smooth the throttle curves were (some early Jetis also have step at the top). Instead I did lots of flying....

Anyway:

8A: 2.24
18A: 2.33
40A: 2.23 and 2.31

Thanks - I was just interested in seeing if they had updated at all.

I remain very pleased with mine. I actually prefer this type of start up routine so I know exactly what the initial response is going to be, before the prop has turned.
