Try Aerodyne, they catalog drawings for Berkeley's Beaver kit, all the patterns are on the plans.

Didn't you just ask this question in another thread the other day ? The Berkely plans are a pretty good scale outline , though not sure of the Mk-3 .
Have you looked for 3-views ? It may be your only option

Supposedly E-Flite is making the Beaver their next ARF.

The confusion
The Mark III is a turbo powered beaver that has scant resemblance to the Beaver DHC-mostly in the tail area. Unionville used to offer it, but no more.
Does anyone out there have their kit and want to sell it?

D'oh! Sorry about that! You're right - there's a scarcity of turbo beaver plans...

Peterpoint --- the plane that you are looking for is the DHC-3 Otter ---- not a variant of the beaver ---- DHC-2 is the beaver - DHC-3 Otter then it goes up top the DHC-6 Twin Otter
I am looking for the same bird for an electric project
I have the e-Flite DHC-2 Beaver ARF and it is a beatufil flyer with the float option ---- reminds me of my fly-in fishing days...LoL

No, the Otter (DHC-3) is a much larger aircraft than the Beaver (DHC-2):

Maybe before suggesting other people look things up you should do a little research yourself... like the Wikipedia DeHavilland Canada entry, for starters.

Squidbait is right. The turbo Beaver and the Otter are two different animals.
His pictures prove the point nicely. One thing they have in common is that they were both manufactured by DeHavilland.
The Beaver is reffered to as the half ton while the Otter is quite often called the one ton hauler

Unionville still makes the Turbo Beaver!! I just purchased one about 6 weeks ago thru Great Hobbies here in Canada.
Unionville has no web site, as I understan it you have to purchase thru a hobby shop. Great Hobbies price was $199 Canadian at the time + shipping.

It is not a true to scale kit, but does give the foundation to modify to your hearts content. A true builders kit, it is not for a beginner!! I know, I'm a beginner, went thru several frustrations, Unionville just assumes you already know how to build, so all the little detail is left out.
I did get it done, tho, almost ready for covering, installing lights (ABPITA) 9 LIGHTS, enough wire to rewire my truck, haha!
These planes are noted for being light, and very easy to fly. I own and fly the 6 foot radial version now, my favorite plane in my hanger!!
