Flat spins not flat.

Hi, I cant get my flat spins to be flat. They are more like fast spiraling dives. My plane is the acromaster. CG towards rear end of suggested and throws are on max. What am i doing wrong?? Even when i power up once in the spin it makes the dive faster without fattening out.

Are you using ailerons to flatten the spin?

I find the same on my U Can do 46... try applying elevator and rudder (left rudder) first to get the spin going then apply power slowly and level the wings slowly using ailerons..

Some models dont spin very well right side up so try inverted.. My Ucan do can actually climb in an inverted flat spin.. :-)

Remember most planes like to spin anti clockwise so inverted spins are right rudder full down..

Give it a go...

And if you get KE spins easily and have any tips I'm all ears.

Cheers
Andrew
