Hi Raydee,

Sorry to be late to reply. In Japan, DUO is priced at 29,800 yen vs. 0610i at 18,800 yen here. Hope you can get one soon..

I just heard from a good source that these DUO chargers aren't even released yet...anywhere.

Satoru are they readily available in Japan or are you one of the lucky few to get this charger early to test?

I am really pleased with my 0610I. I bought it 2 months ago. I have been charging a 2s2p A123 4600ma pack at 10.05 amps with it. What irritates me is that if Hyperion had at least said they were working on the Duo, I might have waited for it. My son and I are now into electric cars and the 2nd charge port would have been great. I could charge 2 of the 4600 A123 packs at 10 amps. As it stands, I have to wait since I can only charge the 1 pack at a time. Other than that, the 0610I is a really nice charger that has done everything I have asked of it.

Yeah chargers are like everything else in this hobby. If I would have known 30c lipo's were about to be released I would have never bought my 25c packs. That is just the way it goes I guess. I sold my 1210i with two balancers to buy the DUO so I am hoping it hits the States soon.
