The container of GWS J-10 already on the way to USA and Taiwan.

I guess GWS USA will get them at mid. of Jan. 2008.

Taiwan can get J-10 in this week.

Pretty soon, there we can see GWS J-10 flying arround the club fields!

just simply go from GWS 75mm fan down
to 4-5 blade 70mm fans in the market out there
and no sweat with the 4S lipo at all...

What is the shaft size of this motor?
I assume it is the conventional 3.2 mm shaft,
not these odd sizes 3.0 mm, 4mm, 4.5mm LOL

Dam Dutch Fokker.
I am hoping to hear when the EB kits are shipped. I got the A-4 running good with all STK GWS power system. 45 to 46 amps 460watts flies very well. The snow and cold have slowed my flying more. Have all my servos , ESC and batteries waiting for the J-10 .

stock system from Mr Lin is 41.5 amps on 3S, now
do aggressive timing, narrow down the exit nozzle to 80% FSA,
use high C, continuous 30C cells then voila 45-46 amps

41.4 Amps @11.1V got 768~790g thrust.

I have to say.. Very nice job on the manual. Compared to the older kits that manual is phenominal.

One word of warning to those that have not setup a canard plane before. Elevator is reversed from normal. I didn't see that statement in the manual. I lost one of my Quickies by neglecting to pay attention to that fact. I will be interested to see how people decide to program this thing.

Do you mean the canards move opposite of elevator direction? Can't imagine elevator would be reversed.

Yes - because they are forward of the c of g.

Stock should be around 37 amps.
