Ok so How does this give me control of both motors ? I need a different radio system?

Inregards to reversing the inboard motor ...

Im missing something Because I dont see how the throttle and steering come together

In my head after a predetermined arc in the steering the inboard motor would slow down to stop then reverse the harder over you throw the stick(with swtiches i would have to throttle back) ..in the event of an immediate hard over ..it wouldnt be a sudden stop and shock to the drive line ..more a controlled slow ,stop, slow astern...to full..in the space of a few seconds

you push ch thr up, and it gived imput to both esc's, you go forwards, push to the sides, it slows down then reverses, to give in condjunction with rudder imput a tighter turn or if at neutral drive, powers up both motors opposite to induce a spot-turn, moving the throttle up or down and you can balance the turn.

a bit like this (see video)

Nevermind Ghost'y I got it

I need the V-Mixer and a radio that will allow two functions on one stick ..

The gear I have now isnt much good ..

As I understand It
So my Esc's will Run forward reverse up and down ..but when move the stick to the side it will begin to affect the motors power ..straight side to side will reverse the motors independantly with throttle control ..

The rudder controll will still be independant on another stick ..

So any Radio suggestions ..under a $100 Tx/Rx

My Transmitter is functioning in what is known as Mode3, rather than the regular mode2, this puts channels 1 and 2 onto the left hand stick, and channels 3 and 4 onto the right hand stick, I have also selected the radio's ELEVON mixing program, meaning that I dont need a seperate mixer chip to be plugged into the receiver on the boat. The only drawback with Mode3 usage is that if someone else needs to borrow my radio at a competition because their radio has failed, they have to control their model on the "wrong sticks" if they choose to stay in Mode3.

when you plug the V-tail mixer into ch3 and 4, you are inducing elevon mixing onto right stick, the same mix that I use on my tx after flicking to mode3. the reason it says "futaba", is the servo-plugs have anti reversal tabs on them unlike mtroniks esc's or hitec servos, cut the anti reversal tab off and it'll go straight in then.

mixes will be on the right stick, however a 2.4ghz futaba 4EX is mode switchable (my 6exa futaba fm is its earlier version and user switchable), however, if you dont mind throttle being on the "wrong" stick, then its decision made
