large F-86 Sabre,any clue who makes it?

Looks like a House of Balsa F-86, which became the Paul's Flying Stuff F-86 which is now EJF.com F-86. Originally designed to use a RK-20 4" fan. It is now flying very well on a 90 mm fan.

Hi Bob,

I actually think that might be one of our sabres. Looking at the size of the table as a reference, it looks a little bigger than the EJF.


MustangAce, any chance of measuring the wingspan? Our sabre is around 50"

Well if he wants to sell it with the glow stuff tell him that you don't want that in the price, that he should have saw the writing on the wall and sold the glow components before the dawn of lipo and brushless. Suggest some museums he could donate the stuff to, it'd fit right in with the dinosaurs! Of course you may want to keep him as a friend so don't rip on him too much!

that airframe looks really scale! the intake is better than the fly fly hobbies one. only thing is the canopy is sorta opaque...

Ed, It is currently empty and he wants $400 for the aiframe,digital servos and retracts,really wish I had the cash. My other friend will most likely buy it.

I guess this one sold to a guy on rcu,I wish I coulda bought it for a 90mm conversion.Even have a motor that would probably work. I saw another thread on this bird so I decided to update it.

Well Jet hanger still has them ....i've had 2 in the past on glow power they were good flyers ...i like to see one done for a 90mm EDF
