Neither. It'll just get ugly humid.

I would love to take either one of those planes off your hands. I think I remember when you bought the Whisper (I lost out then) and now, I've got more projects than money going on. Just prepping for when the wind comes. If you haven't sold the Whisper, I might be interested in a couple months.

besides being a prick-ly electrician with a meterological inclination, why wouldn't we get some wind out of it? or better yet wind and rain!

I'm heading out there in a few hours, James. Gonna try to be out there by 2 at the latest. We'll see how long it takes to charge stuff up.

Because it won't get near enough to us to affect us. The cold ocean currents off the SoCal coast ensure that any cyclonic storms die well away from us. Too cold, no fuel, quick death.

Does Gary have any photos of his little pitcheron?

James,

Wish I'd seen this earlier and been able to break free today. I was just talking to Alex (Gosta) about getting out to Blossom. I'm a "Blossom Virgin" and would love to head out there. Could have been a chance to fly your/my Whisper...

I went to Blossom on Thursday to check it out, as I too am a Blossom virgin. It was about 98 degrees and I wasn't about to walk up the hill with no promise of shade at the top.

I couldn't get the old Ford Exploder over that first hill (at the street). I am wondering if you guys are walking up there or is there another way around that first obstacle?

James, does your Subaru make it up there? If you says yes, I'm going to drive that Ford right off of Torrey Pines.

Mike
