This will be another great adventure in composite structures. It needs someone who thinks on a grand scale like Joe.

Where do we post the build thread?

SoCal's not bad for coastal flying sites, either...
But I think that the area close to San Fran has us beat.
Getting there (a SoCal flying site) is another matter altogether!

Congrats on the new adventure, Joe. You're going to love Santa Cruz -- it's second only to Lahaina in my book as far as beach towns go!

It's funny, I was thinking the other day that a bird as big as the 160 Dynamic needs some room to spread her wings and the Slot in Benecia has a huge backside bowl with a ridge line that runs 1/4 mile or more, that ought to make it easy to swing big grooves with the big bird.

Looking forward to meeting you, Joe. Beer's on me at the Miramar on the Wharf when you get settled in.

Hi Joe

I know you have your plate full at this time with your move, but when you get settled and want to spin some circles give me a post. I usually have Sundays off but Dennis, Vern and some of the other crew would be happy to meet up with you durring the week. The ISR is this weekend and am planning on being there, hopefully the weather will good.

Good luck with the move joe and be careful movin' all that car-boon.

Welcome to NorCal, Joe.

We've been scoping out more and more DS spots of late up here and, now with you're arrivial, I'm sure more than a few of them will start to top Buxton's charts.

See ya on the hill!
