The Sabre is finished! I got the matte coat on, ran the motors, installed 6x4 props on to replace the 7x5s, balanced with lead weights( 8 oz) and took pics. Sun finally came out.
Had a problem with my highlights when I taped off the canopy to spray the matte. The tape pulled some of the highlight spray off. Close up shows it. I'll just consider it weathering.
I decided to try some right thrust first in the motors to counteract the left turn. We'll try that and if it doesn't help, go with both pusher props.
But all in all, I am real happy with it.
Now I'm going to bombard you with pics. Hope the Groups has enough bandwidth.
First a few close ups. I had to cut into my great looking paper tube in the intake because since I glued it in and the batt box, I couldn't get into the very front to glue in the weights. So I put another patch over it. Not very noticeable luckily.

Thanks for the reply, I am going to try the panel lines on the mig-25. Great looking 86, amazing work. Are you going to have a video of it soon flying?

cheers,

Thanks Bob
We'll try the 6x4 CR and then both as pushers if that doesn't help. I did put in a little more right thrust so maybe it will inhibit the left turn.

John,
Good luck with the Mig. No vid soon but there will be plenty in Oct at the Vegas Superfly. It will be here before we know it!
