Thanks RTR

Has anyone had any experience with this camera. Its the Aiptek AHD200 High Definition Camcorder.
Looks like it could make a good setup on the TB EZ.

Hi Mark,
Yep, had one and it worked great till hung it up a tree overnight in below zero
temps for 24 hours. Then it must have killed off the battery. Only worked for
short filming after that before I crashed my Easy Star in to the ice when it got
to far out from me to tell which way it was turning. Easy Star was fixable but
the Aiptek was trashed.

Thinking about buying the newer model the Aiptek A-HD+ that will record 1080P
at 30FPS of 720P at 60FPS.

My blog with the Aiptek A-HD and Easy Star

Now I am using a Kodak V1253 that will record 720P. Have yet to get it airborne
though. Between weather and work it just never gets the time.

Hey Jim,

I downloaded your full HD vid yesterday and I was really impressed with the quality, thats what made me think. Is this the one you had or is this the new version. I think this one is 1080P.

Mine was the 720P model I bought back last November on sale at Best Buy for
only $119.99. Now they are selling the 1080P model for $149.99.

I don`t feel I have lost to much knowing the price I paid for it at the time.
Must be whats making me nervous about getting my Kodak up in the air.

Oh yes, check out Steves forums. Lots of talk about the newer Aiptek 1080P.
