Bill Lowe's 9 inch Micro Mustang For Parkzone.
9 inch WS Mustang:
A friend and flyer at our local indoor flying in Brodhead Wisconsin , Bill Lowe, came with this plane last night. He stated he did about 20 versions to get her stable and fast. He routinely flys the 'Stang outside. The plane is fast and fun to fly. I believe he said total weight was 14 grams, but I believe it is less. It uses completely stock Parkzone parts. Seems to fly considerbly faster than a 7mm DD plantraco.
The 2mm body foam is sanded to a taper before adding the 1/64 inch plywood exoskeleton. The reciever-servo block fits perfectly in it's slot. Bill passed the transmitter around. This proved the planes ruggedness with some high speed wall encounters.
He said he can make a lot more kits.
If you would like one maybe he would give us a price and information how to get one.
