My green Spark the wheels face out. It just about 1/8" sticking out from skin.
Yesterday I put two more flight in. With doors is just sound so quiet and it is much cleaner plane. It use less power to step up the speed. Top speed I don't few much different. But at 1/3 and 1/2 throttle is cruise much faster.

Your all over that Bob...lol

it's at Morgan Hill on this Saturday 15th
here's a link to the flyer: http://www.sccmas.org/pdf/electric/T...day2009_V3.pdf

it's not just a jet meet ... it's anything electric
I've never flown at morgan hill.. I'm going to bring my hanger 9 P-51, Sapac T-45 , the spark and maybe my 30% extra if I can fit it all in the van...

I'm not sure how jet freindly it is... sometimes if you get lots of little 3d planes in your way it's not so cool

I'm sure Tam can tell us how it is?
come on down Bob... we can BS and give Tam a bad time

later

Too bad I'll be working. If it's like most electric fun fly events, there will be a lot of foamies and coat hangars around (Coat Hangars: 3D flat plate planes hovering and bobbing about like mosquitoes from one end of the runway to the other). Even still, you guys could probably easily and in a nice way clear the deck every 30-45 minutes for some jet flying, for 10 mins, depending on how busy it gets. Somebody take pictures!
