I like that! I have a few years collection between the top of the glareshield and the windscreen. too light to get the shop vac in there without scratching the lexan.

You can clean the car with a full sized vacume hose but don't get caught. Public service is a real pain. BIG

I LIKE that instrument panel!

Last Cessena I was in was a 152A about 20 years ago. It was fun until the Dramamine wore off...

I LOVE airplanes, just hate riding in them. Never actually puked but felt like from wheels up to touchdown. Even L1011 or 727 which most think of as a comfy ride. Last ride I had was in a BC130 from Charlotte NC back to Atlanta GA. Little twin turboprop about the size of a bus with wings.

Noisy cabin, bumpy, couldn't read or nap. Just sipped ginger ale (that helps) and kept my eyes closed most of the time...

You have not lived until you fly in a C-130 full black-out into a combat zone.

In January 2004 I had the privilege of being flown back into Iraq after a short "vacation". 10pm Flight, the insurgents had been active in the last few days. Air Force does not like to take risks. Pilot flew full black-out (no landing lights, no position lights, no cabin lights, you could not see the tip of your nose unless you had a night vision device). Then as we dropped in altitude and got closer to the city he began combat evasive maneuvers. It reminded me of Space Mountain in Disney World Florida, the roller coaster that is indoors with no lights.

It was a great way to get back "in-the-groove" of combat.

They tried and tried to make me sick and no luck. Then the day after I had been drinking, some guy flew up in a Taylorcraft and we went up for some aerobatics. No luck, then he started the Vomit Comet maneuver, over and over. Well, I got a bit queasy but still no throw.
Yep, so far, when it comes to airplanes I'm a purgin virgin.
About 400 hours solo time.

Must be crazier than me to do that. Flesh against steel, flesh always looses. Never forget it.
I know a guy that's missing his front teeth from pulling a stunt like that. Maybe the man made ones are really better.
