450 Black Hawks at Ka-Planes

Anyone flying a new version Black Hawk 450? Mike at ka-planes is selling them. Bought a falcon 3d from him and he is very helpful. Check out the 450Z looks pretty cool.

I have an older version and paid a little more than selling for at KA-planes. I like mine a lot but glad to see he has a better gyro.

Ka-planes has lots of them and Discountrcheli has some but ka-planes looks like he is a little cheaper. Not sure on shipping costs. Donít know if there is anyone else. Says some trex parts work too.

Looks like the Black Hawk might be an alternative to the Falcon3D and the art-tech quality problems.

I love my Falcon 3D! The tail is a weakness on the falcon but we have learned to overcome the shortfall with arrow replacements. When I go to a metal helicopter, may try the black hawk 450S. Might give him a call

I may go for the metal also. Two Hawks would be pretty cool

Mike has a fairly objective comparison of the black hawk to the falcon and Rex. May be a little lopsided, but a very good job overall.

he did a good job on the write up. His thunderbolt 450z has a rex upgrade canopy, looks HOT.

though ka-Planes does the screw tightness check, I recommend that you do so as a standard practice or locktite them.
Also, checking the blade balance and pitch is something you should always do. Mine was very flyable out of the box
but I did the extra checks and my own visual as well.
Regards
