Multiplex Easy Glider RR / brushless upgrade

I recently got an Electric Easy Glider. It's a lot of fun on the stock brushed system with 2s lipo, but, I'd like to upgrade to a brushless system.

Are there any success stories out there?

Ideally, I'd be looking to get 70 to 100 oz static thrust and a pitch speed of about 50 mph.

A secondary consideration is which batt? Here are the battery options I have to choose from:
- 2s 2100's / 25 amps in burst
- 2S 3700's / 120 amps in burst
- 3s 2500's / 75 amps in burst
- 4s 1500 / 35 amps in burst
- 4s 2100 / 25 amps in burst

PS Seems like this request could fit in many forum categories. If this seems like the wrong forum to you, please suggest a better choice.

Hi Eric,

That seems like a lot of thrust (over 6 pounds) you're asking for. The plane only weighs 2 pounds. Is that a mistake in typing, or do you really want that much thrust? What kind of flying will you be doing?

Thanks for checking, and for the quick response.

Perhaps a litlle unusual, but yes, those numbers are what I am hoping for.

I like strong accelleration. :-)

The flying will just be sport flying and fun. If you are familar with F5B, this plane will "look" like one of those ships sort of, but will fly like the slow motion version (for the park).

I have a good feel for airframe's load limits in terms of G forces and top speed, and think this would be about right in terms of a "high performance" foam park flying sailplane.
