The guys at the local flying field that fly Protos would not let me fly mine until I grounded the boom to the motor mount.

I just blasted mine around in the front yard. I love the sick amounts of power.

Well I got me old SA all back together after my crash labor day weekend. I thought I would do some much needed upgrades like, Metal tail pulley, blue tail gears, and I finally replaced the chewed up main gear I used for over 60 flights. lol! I also finally used up my last set of white and red blades.

Unfortunately after recharging and putting kids to bed, answering phone, and adjusting expo (to none) it was already dark outside and I just hovered in the living room infront of my wife who was trying to watch TV If I hadn't thrown out from the house then - after admitting spending 200 on a toy and then irritating her while watching her favourite TV series I'm going to be ok BTW I didn't reacted to insult that 4G6 is the same as some 3-channel/two rotors toy
I'm going to take some pics today...

I get like that sometimes too! Turning left just doesn't seem as fluid as turning right. Gotta keep workin at it.

Same here. Try simple test: hover in front of you. Turn really slowly to the left (to 90deg) and you'll see that heli tends to turn around its tail and will slowly drift towards you. I find it a bit unnerving.

Now - repeat it with turning nose to 90 deg right. It will tend to turn around its main shaft and slowly drift away from you. Reason that I am so comfortable with CW piros and so uncomfortable with CCW...
