Do I need a jig or special equiptment to build a wing.

I want to build a really nice wing for a glider. How do I make sure its straight. Ive heard some people just lay it out on a flat door or something. also if I order a kit plan from a company, to scratch build will all the drawings be included for every wing piece such as ribs, because they will taper down in size the farther tward the tip you get right. Where do I get drawing for a nice 100" eppler 205 anyway.
