Right here:

www.6mmflyrc.com/quick-build-series/

I know them personally, and they sell a ton of F-22s. Nice guys.

You can also buy a mini version from me:

http://www.nicohobbies.com/store/ind...roducts_id=180

I also sell the full power package for both models.

Coroplast Version

Here's my v3 Coro-Raptor. My previous Blue Angels version was getting a bit long in the tooth & was retired.

Just swapped everything out of the old & put in the new.

Your F22 looks great, Can you tell me if you used any glue on this model and which type works best or do you only use tape ?

Love the pseudo-incidental graphics scheme.

Very nicely executed!

Thanks. All joints were joined with gorilla glue. I taped the wet seams with blue tape to restrain the glue on the exposed side. The glue was allowed to expand inside the bay. I added the packing tape after the glue had set.

My first 2 raptors had only glue initially, but I found myself adding tape for reinforcing after the plane was "broken in" a bit. I'm thinking she'll hold up better/longer this way.

I found clear packing tape is perfect for those abused joints on the bottom of the fuse. It's light and strong. Also use the clear tape with the strings for my hinges it has good adhesive for reliability.

My Depron F22 is no more !!!!

I decided to stick the camera on the old F22 and take some footage of the recent snow in our area.
All was going ok until she suddenly pitched down vertical and in she went.
Unfortunately the snow didnt really soften the impact and she is beyond repair.

The footage seems to show the impact was over vertical so my best assumption from the wreckage and footage is a vertical stabiliser broke and jammed in the elevator!

Enjoy the footage.
Tomhe F22 Final Flight! (0 min 52 sec)

The next plane will be for my son, so needs to be stronger and made from Correx so I popped into my local estate agents and they very kindly gave me one of their for sale boards and my son started the build already.

It's actually called coroplast...looks like corrugated cardboard but made of plastic. You find it a lot in sign making: real estate, political etc.
