R/C plane shot down by missle defence system

on the rc superpower's f-22 thread there are rumors that if u fly a rc plane in defended airspace like washington DC and lockheed marietta ur plane will get shot down by a missle defence system and then ur radio jammed, can anyone confirm this?

A SAM needs either a solid radar or heat signature to lock on a target. Neither is provided by an RC plane.
Furthermore, 27MHz, 35MHz, 40MHz, 41MHz, 50MHz, 72MHz, and 2400MHz needed to be jammed simultaneously.
I guess its just a rumour.
We are lucky that terrorists lack creativity when it comes to small things.

The more likely out come to this would be they track the radio signal or find the operator via security camera and then fill the plane and it's owner full of small arms fire. At the very least you'll be arrested and sent to jail for quite a while. This wouldn't be a "sorry, I didn't know" "Oh, it's OK, don't do it again." type of situation. there's steep fines and Jail time for doing something like this. I know that the Nuclear Power Plant near me, the guards are ready to shoot you in a heart beat if they think you pose any kind of threat to the plant. (I ventured into the wrong spot hiking out there and had the business ends of some AR-15s pointed at me)

I heard a rumor that if you spent too much of your life 'behind the orange curtain', (e.g. you live in orange county and commute on the orange crush on a daily basis) you give up your free will and ability to think critically.

I heard it on rcgroups.com it must be true . . .

I also heard that if you were born in Orange county, the people at Soylent Green won't even take your body.
