I know this is a stupid question, but will the parkzone Cessna brick handle two 6mm motors on its esc or do you have to mod?

no problem with 2 motors.. i have up to 4 motors in paralell on the Cessna brick and the only weak link is the Akku.. this can be greatly helped by cutting the props down a bit to reduce amp draw.

Beaver 2 gm Brushless

What kv is the 2 gm brushless you are powering the beaver with? Also is that a cessna prop on her?

I hope you meant the motors are in parallel. In series, they will each get only 1/4 the voltage, and not run at all. I have connected 4 in parallel on my B-17 with no problem at all. You will need a bigger battery, however.

Ah good catch Richard !! You`re of course right, motors are in paralell not in series.

Thanks guys, i`m pretty happy with that little Beaver too, nice to not have to experiement for hours to get a plane to fly right, but to have one that flies right out of your hands

Trakcerman the 2g motor is from hobbyking, it`s got 7000KV if i recall correctly. The Prop is from teh Citabria. i`m still experimenting with which prop is better as that little motor is an amp hog... The Citabria Prop seems to be the best i have had on so far.

nice work on the beav. Ive flown a lot of Harbours beavers. Cool to see a flying model of one. I think the turbine otter would be a unique build also.

Man that beaver is amazing. It takes off faster than a Vapor.

That 2g outrunner must be putting out some thrust. Are you using only a 110/130 mAh battery?
