Sig Piper J3 1/6 scale

I plan on converting my 1/6 scale Piper J3 I just built to electric. It has a 71" wing span with 700 sq in wing area. This is going to be my first electric. I have flown gas for over a year know so I do know how to fly RC .

I have a few questions. I am using Motorcalc to figure out my power plant and it says I can us a Permax 600 geared 3 to 1 and a 12x8 prop with 10 cells. I have a cermark sc-30 controller that is rated to run the 600 series motors, but I cannot find out anywhere if it can handle 10 cells. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Thanks

That sounds a little weak in the power department to me, what is the anticipated all up weight of the plane ?

Sig Piper J# 1/6 scale

The total weight should come in at 72 OZ. MotorCalc tells me this well fly well and have enough power for grass field take offs.

Do you know if my cermark sc-30 can handle 10 cells? I have looked at their web page and ask their customer service for help. There is no information on their web page and I have not heard back from thier customer servcie center yet.

Thanks
