I use this motor on my slofly28 on just a 2 cell 7.4 volt lipo and a gws 9050hd the plane will hover easy at 3/4 throttle.

motor is not barely warm after flying a full 2 cell 600 pack for about 8 minutes.

That is a good price for these. I have 4 and I run mine on 3S packs with a 8*4HD prop. Don't go larger on the props.

I recently found very nice performance with one in a light foamy pusher with the same prop. Zings pretty good for the price and watts.

That sounds like an awesome price, who makes this motor? What does it weigh and what (other than the 8x4dd) props are recomended? Some performance data on a given prop for a particular voltage would be helpful to match it to a plane as well.

So this is the hotter version of the 24g Hextronic 1300KV?

Is the 8x4HD really the recommended prop? I recall the 1300KV having the 8x4HD as the recommended 3s prop.
