GWS E-Starter, an aileron plane?

According to the GWS web site, the E-Starter requires 3 servos:

http://www.gws.com.tw/english/produc.../e-starter.htm

Does this mean that it is an aileron plane?

Does anyone know when this plane may appear?

Thanks,
David J.
