Just got my DX7 with AR7000.
But I am unable to bind them. I plug the bind plug onto the charge lead. I use the male bind plug. The female does nothing. Just dangles.
I pluf the power pack into the RX power socket.
Switch on the RX pack, and the RX flashes once very quickly, and that's it. It's supposed to flash forever saying it's in bind mode. But nothing. One VERY quick flash, and that's it.
I have nothig else plugged into the RX. Just the power.
What am I doing wrong?

I would remove the switch harness and see if you can bind the rx directly.

Your statement "I plug the power pack into the RX power socket"... ??

The bind plug MUST be in the battery port on the RX. It can be plugged in directly, in which case power can be plugged into any other port. It can be plugged in via the switch harness, in which case power can be supplied via the harness. That's why there's two bind plugs... either way, the bind plug MUST, absolutely must, be in the BATT port.

That will get you the flashing light.
