Are you asking for help?

Maybe it's just me, but I think a courteous request is more appropriate. Something like, "can someone tell me where to locate the tow hook on my plane? Thanks"

Reads a lot better than "so?!!"

Below the elevator (horisontal fin) you glue a mini-vertical fin, that has a size of like ...start with 50%..of the original vertical fin. This is a glue-and-adjust operation. Remember to balance the glider before testflight.

Add a pic of the glider, and we'll see if it's possible. I am not familiar with your glider..

I'd suggest making a "Zip-start" out of some surgical tubing. You need to have a hook under the nose, and have about 10 feet of surgical tubing, 20 feet of kitestring, and a stake in the ground. The idea is the surgical tubing launch gets the plane going WAY harder than you can possibly throw it; you put the stake in the ground, hook the ring on the end to the tow hook under the nose, stretch it out, and let the plane go. HOPEFULLY, you dont have any bad trim, as anything that happens will happen at about warp factor seven. Properly trimmed you can really get some height this way.
