In my King, I use 1000 and a 1200 mAh, 15c batteries. I think they are ~95g and 116g but I'm not certain. It has a 3100kv Esky brushless, super landing gear. I have used my 2200 in it too and it flew surprisingly well, but you could tell it was heavy. It had no extra flight time to make mention of as the extra weight made up too much of a difference.
In the near stock Blade I use the stock 800, plus a 1000 (mentioned above), and I have even toyed with my 450 mAh 3s. That really wakes it up, but watch out for the Amp Draw wth that small of a battery. |

It's a Honeybee FP2. I use the E-flight Blade CP Pro motor, with the 9T pinion. I'm using the newer stock E-Sky orange 4 in 1 labelled for use for like ESK-0004 and ESK-0006 which are the FP and the CP. I'm using the Kyosho M24 blades. Stock tail, but with a higher quality EF Sabre tail motor. I will be upgrading to a DD tail solution with a tractor prop when the parts arrive. I run with a cheap helidirect clone of the SuperSkids I got off ebay for 6 bucks. I love this bird so much I'm seriously considering the Freestyle Hobby belt drive tail kit. I also use the longer metal flybar and paddles from the blade cp. I've removed all flybar weights. The bird is solid, I fly it in winds up to 10 mph, though wind makes me change my style from "flying around swooping" to more of a "slope-gliding into the wind" scenario. The M24 blades give a good headspeed, but it's trippy how the bird will fly into the wind with so little power that I lose most cyclic control. I have a Blade CX2, and a Blade CP as well as this FP, and the FP is currently my favorite, as it's a bit more forgiving in crashes, and I'm still working on mastering nose in manouvering. Word to the wise, don't work on nose in with an FP while the wind is coming AT you. -Aox |

Well since you asked
I get 13 minutes with my stock 7.4 800mAh's in my stock HP FP. I fly till my timer beeps. Will a higher Ah 2s pack give longer flight times?
Thanks |
