I Like Ultracote Light or Ultracote parklite. Solite is also good but it is the harder of the two to use.

Rx setup

Crimp connectors with AWG24 (I think) from Spektrum A2020 servos to Spektrum AR400 Rx. Words to the wise: Use a quality crimper and don't drop micro crimp connectors onto the carpet.

Yup er.
I was nervous after flying the sim.
Use some room on the maiden.
Experiment with props.
It will fit! Good luck Chris

I understand the time thing.
Was happy with a park 250, but a light nose in bent the can.
Now have a fire power 250 from Heads Up RC with integral prop saver.
Had to make a new motor mount for the 3 point ,also integral mount.
Cool thing is the can is held on only by the magnets!
To put on a prop, pull off the can first!
A 360 2cell seems plenty.
The GWS 6X5 was great. Out of them about to try a 7X3.5.

Thing is on the sim it felt like a flea on crack, in the field it is well mannered!
Good luck Chris

You are welcome.
Of note, mine came in on the light side.
With the 360mah it does not carry kinetic energy well.
It will harrier/spot land almost in it's own length!
It handles more wind than I would have ever guessed too! Chris

For the ESC, I use the Castle thunderbird 6 or 9. The Higher end 10 amp Castle will also work. The best servos are the HiTec HS35 or The Diamond D47. Yes, any 250 motor is good. I have the Schulman version in stock. Call me if you want one. Have not had time to get it on my site.

Got SSX up after work.
The 7X3.8 stretches the O ring with any solid T input.
The 3.8 pitch speed is faster than I would have guessed.
Had fun and my first hand launch into a harrier.
Smooth and predictable! Chris

Micro SSX ARF

The Micro SSX ARF is nearly out of stock. I have about 12 left and that will be it for the ARF. I have no plans to bring the ARF version of the Micro SSX back. Get them while you can.

http://www.flyerc.mybigcommerce.com/microssx-arf/

I also have motors but you need to call to order.
