What Is A Fair Price


I am new to this sport and my buddy has a century hawk sport heli with a 7 channel radio.The question I am wondering what a good price would be for this heli he wants 450.00 it is an older model from the research that I have done any advice on pricing would be great.The heli looks completely stock I don't know what size engine it has or came with dack in its day I think it is a 2002 heli.

used hawk sport = 75-100 bucks....maybe less if thrashed.
we need info on all the rest. My JR 9303 costs around 450 bucks. If he had one of those I'd say its a great price.

It all depends on what else you get. Ask him what motor, gyro, servos, receiver, simulator, and field equipment it comes with. Then we can tell you if its a deal or not.

You sure its a hawk sport? 2002 would probably be a Hawk 3, which I think had an 8mm main shaft. $300 is probably a better price. A new Hawk kit with radio, engine and all the required bits is only about $650.
