Trouble is , they`re about the only epp planes worth having .

Hope the bees arent going away. Seems likeafter paying the NRE for the EPP molds, it would be silly to dump production on something that is selling.

a couple of EPP kit makers here are looking to give it up, kit sales are slow.

i guess one reason is EPP kits don't die, my two combat wings are 5 and 7 years old and i don't need another ( although i am seriously looking at a pred bee )
my other EPP bits are still in perfect condidtion.

so theres no resales, all those that want one, got one, and won't be needing another

I can only think of 2 UK based EPP slope kit manufacturers, so that's pretty amazing!

I've never looked at it like that, but I guess you are right. Problem is, as soon as they all stop making em we'll begin to run out of planes, but since EPP is so hard to get hold of in small amopunts (in the UK at last) there'll be nothing for kit buyers or homebuilders. Mind you, it would then increase demand for manufacturers to start building EPP ships again... could get cyclical.

who'd buy another S15 kit in the blink of an eye if he thought he could get hold of one

Yeah, a good deal there, I just saw that and sent Derek an email for 3 sets of them. I'll see what pans out.

I just ordered a hp48 from Derek and I asked about a hp60.

This is a quote from Derek "Things are a bit transitional right now with our foam cutter" but he also said when things are back up and working they will be back on sale.

Hoping all is well with the foam cutter
