Ooops! We did it again! Extreme Video!

Itīs getting harder and harder to come up with something cooler than before, but I think youīll like this

span 100cm
length 110cm
AUW 540g

motor: B20 12L 4:1 9x6 which works great... no problem with the Amps...

8x1100mah HEcell

Belive it or not, but this is the planes first and second flight...

Have fun

Did you get the Hecell cells from ?

I got 75 cells on the way but thatīs from a source where we canīt buy our cells from (You Henrik know what I sometimes manage to do with a few emails, remember Jeti? ) so Iīd like to know where you got them.

My first impression was that it was too big and too heavy to be an indoor plane. But that video sure proved me wrong.

Are those just expert hands or can that beauty really fly that slow?

To Jun Nolasco .

You can fly the Su-31 very slow and it is a great plane to hover, this is the first flight with Su-31 and the Hacker B 20, we must test it more and let other people try before we can say how easy it is to fly, I am going to make my first flight today with one of the prototypes. Tell You later about it.

You ask if the plane at the video is flying by expert hands, yes it is, Henket is one of the best You can find here in Sweden.

I'm amazed you're running a 9 x 6 prop on the 12T B20, even geared 4:1, we must really be underestimating these motors. How many amp, I would guess in the 20A range? Beautiful plane/great video.

Hi Azarr!

Yes, it pulls almost 20A, think ~17, changing to 10x4,7 later, amps would be approx 20 then. But Iīll need full power only when punching out!

After that hovering the motor was 40celsius (itīs allowed to be 110celsius)

Could I get a link to where I could purchase this plane? Also, what servos are you using, one looks like a HS 55 or HS 50 because it's transperent and so tiny! Do you think GWS PICO's would work in this plane or not enough torque?

Thanks, and nice plane and video as well!

I use Hs50 for aileron and C141 for elev and rudder (GWS 5,4g servos)

Stefan uses HS55 if Iīm not misstaking.

Iīll change to HS50 on elev and rudder later on, because they are much faster!

the video is recorded in wmv, windows media video, think itīs 750kb/s. doesīt it scroll by when wieving the video in mediaplayer?

Have testing hover in my kitchen, too small space for this aeroplane but itīs in one piece.

I use 4 Hs-55, Hacker B20-15L, Jeti 30-3p, 9 x HEcell 1100 mah,
Schulze reciever 430.

Hover 10 amps 70 % gas, Full 15 amps.

Too small propeller 9 x 6, iīll try one 10 x 4,7 and 10 x 6.

It is almost storm outside but Í must make a testflight anyway,
be right back. wrooooomm !!!
