Looks good Ming! Is there a removable hatch to access the fan/motor? Also, do you anticipate molding it in EPO?

No, no hatch.
EPO is possible, but I plan to use something even better (not EPP and EPS).

Ming-- Very nice. I like the external routing of the servo wires. Makes repairs that much easier. What are the final dimensions? Any estimate of when it might be in production and in the US? What I'm asking is really will it be end of summer or more like Christmas?

I like what I see, Ming! Very interested to learn of the material you plan to use to make these.

Keep up the good work!

That's a nice size. Not too big, not too small. Big enough to fit everything without being cramped. I have just the fan for it! What do you think the loaded weight will be?

Are there US dealers or do we order directly from you?

How many lbs of thurst?
I hope the AUW is under 3.5 lbs.

Ming-- I have a WemoTec Minifan and an HET 2W-25 inrunner. I can't remember the claimed thrust figures but this one makes 420 watts on 4s without an inlet lip. I'm told that I can get up to 900 watts from it.

Is there a US dealer or will we order directly from you?

You can just place you order on my website.
Plane could be arrived not more than 10 days.
The shipping cost is US$30 to US$35 I can say at the moment.

Let do the budget:
Plane US$125
Two mini servos US$40---Futaba 3107
70mm EDF US$35---???
BL motor US$40---???
50A to 60A ESC US$60---???

The budget is US$300 not included battery and shipping cost.
What is the power system suggestion within the budget?

If one buys the EDF/motor/esc/servos from HC then the cost is even lower. I remember this was discussed earlier but is ther room for a 90mm fan with some sanding?

If you change the fan then the inlet and exhaust size requirements change. You don't have to increase fan size to get more power, you install a longer motor in the 70mm fan and increase your cell count or amp draw. Enlarging ducting with a 'bit of sanding' isn't easy, I've done it several times and it's a huge pain in the rear. Having a 70mm fan from the start is good in that even if the fan came with a 20mm motor mount like a lot of the far east 64mm fan arfs do, there are other fans out there with 28mm motor holders so upgrading to a larger, more powerful motor would be easy.

I'm fairly sure this fan will come with a 28mm motor holder, I don't think I've ever seen a 70mm fan with only a 20mm motor holder, that would limit the fan tremendously.

Looking good Ming, except where are the retract mounts?
