heres something i really like and wish to build i should have done this for the contest

The Burnelli BG-177 i absolutely love lifting body aircraft. There are many fun things you can do with these type of aircraft, and lift a hefty payload

Boy, YMF your work is impecciable !!!!. Its just a shame that all the good work Antov-2 and the like have to be covered up with covering. "O " well we await another contest possibly to see the Burnelli. Keep up the Great Work !!!

Search the Scale ElectricfForum for the latest facet build(s).
Laddie build a real nice stick and covering version with rudders and windows.
Whereas, I built a Depron version. 6mm internal hard frames and bottom
and 3mm top covering "bent" at appropriate locations.
Both were ~ 26" span
We BOTh had similar ( bad) flying experiences.
Like tucking and falling out of the sky ! ( for no apparent reason )
Mine did 3 circuits at max throttle with reasonable control but on landing
it just tucked and whacked.
Read Laddies report in his thread for your self.

I was going to fix mine and try again but Laddie had "Two" bad experiences
before I got 'round to my repairs, so I'm pulling my equipment and
relegating the frame to the scarp box ! ( acres of REusable depron ! )

sigh .....

Now that 177 looks like a very DOable experiment !

Here is one I have in the Q

I always liked this Burnelli UB 14 from the cover of Air Trails magazine.

Like I said...she's on the list.

Old flyer.
Hi guys, does anyone have a link to or an accurate 3 view of the Burnelli OA-1 to work from as a scale project?

I have the 3 view of a CBY-3, but that and the UB-14 have quite a few subtle differences to the OA-1.

Any help would be gratefully received!
