Just Fly it
You are thinking clearly Mike. And you are right this plane has a definite audible. Keith, when he went down to the cars, said he could hear it all the way there, going through both boundary layers. Its a great sound, but im sure if you hooked up speekers and an amplifier, it would take a lot of watts to generate that kind of volume. I might try that but for now speed is not the limitation. This plane generates its own speed! The sound is incredible, and is a speed indicator. Im actually holding the speeds down, and going up slowly. Its a precious plane. Eventually it will im sure handle 250 in the right conditions, when it is nice and smooth.
How is the flying? Its good to hear from you Mike.

RC LIFER
I'm hopefully flying today if the wind cooperates!

Next time I come down I'm bringing my DCBB, I never enjoyed my BB more than when I flew it with you.

It's the same with the BB, I KNOW it will go Right past it's structural limits so it sits. No sense in blowing up a $1500 plane when I have faster planes that won't pop.

Big planes ROCK though, SO nice to DS!

It won't be long, the windy season is dying, dying, almost dead up here (save for storms) so I'll be down in your neck of the woods soon.
Come On Santa Ana's!

What you did was pretty funny, and im still laughing. But there were two JW silouettes, and either one of them could be used with Spencer Silouetted. I was trying to line them up when i took the picture, but was frustrated with the skyline being high. (There r mountains out there)

I cant stop laughing.
Dont feel bad Nic, you seem to have made up in other ways. I cant do the computer thing either. Our brains are only so big, and there is only so much time in a day, and there is soo much flying to do. (some people even have to build and repair) Dean has talked me through most of the RC Group computer stuff, and nice Avatars by the way. I like your SR-71 one but if i had a real glider,..

Cool Spencer moon shot. And the hair is definitely wind tossed. Nice work.

Well if it makes you feel better Dean, I never notice.
Moments like this makes the world go round. And who said flying is the only cool thing in life. DSing comes close, but no cigar.

I reserved 2 campsites at Pioneer Point in Lake Isabella for the weekend of 8-17 to 8-19. There are 12 spots open for those that are interested. So far we have: Justin, Ben, Socal, Bill L, and Spencer. Let me know if others are interested.
