Yokosuka D4Y 2s , 1:10 scale , electric retracts, flaps, and posibillity to mount floats. Japaneese dive bomber, eg. one of the fastest in ww2

Gu- WDF , Russian designproject in -43 by early jetage, Their jetengines wasnt effective enought at that time, and idea was scrapped. lovely planedesign though, even if didnt get to be a actual used warbird. another plane in similar jetengine style use did though. (even if to late for ww2, the Yak-15 eg)
The same designer was into the Lagg 3 eg.

Hi RJD1234

You've taken word from my mouth .. I had a hk Storch 48, in balsa and ply, flew ok but never flew well at low speed. I modded the model by using Depron wing (55) and that flies well.

I also had a VQ Storch (68), that was a handful but I managed to trun a bronco into a show horse using Gardian fc and twicking around control surfaces. Unfortunately, I lost it again a bright winter sun. It was a write off. I've a Maxford Storch, 63 as a NIB. Too many models to fly and sadly we have a small flying window. Hopefully will maiden her one day in the future.

Enjoy flying and happy landings.

Cheers

That's a great looking Storch.

Good Luck with maiden. Please post a report here. I'll be watching out for your report.

OK - here are mine...

A kit-built Flitetest Spitfire, a scratch-built Flitetest "Master Series" P47, an own design "a bit like Master Series" Sea Fury, and a definitely-not-a-warbird Cessna 195.
