I wan't to build a twin engine since many time.
I love this bird : very nice curves and great looking in the air.
Drawing a plan for an EP Electra is in my "things to do" list since many time...
As we can now find cheep small lipo, ESC and brushless engine, may be one of this days, with the help of depron, it will become reality ?

My F-117 Stealth still a work in progress 6.5 ft long 48in span will power
with EDF should come out 10 to 12 lbs FFF plywood and fiberglass.

I know very little,if nothing about EDF, but surely to power something that size you would have to use something like a re-wound industrial, air-con motor and fan??!! With 9s (if that is possible?) batteries??

Go to bvmjets.con and click on elec power check out Viofan.

That's a neat H-J P-51!! What canopy and spinner did you use? Is that a Park Zone prop?

Its a parkzone canopy but modified as a hatch to access servos and electrics, Prop and spinner are just items I had that fitted..

tw at-6 texan


this is a cool thred so i figured i would post some pics of some i have the first one is my tw models at-6 texan with mods i bought the texan after bing out of the hobby for about 4 years i sold my old bulky .40 trainer and bought the tw at-6 for 100 bucks at an olline store it is made of epo foam and came with a rx and tx and 3 servos i took the rx and tx out and used my futaba skyport 4 it also came stock with a 370 geard brushed motor that came off and i put a 2822 brushless motor and 30 amp esc and a 1500 mh 20c lipo flies awsome now and fast and has been crashed 37 times still kickin the only thing that breaks on this thing is the motor mount i have a before and after pics ill post and the next plane in the hanger is a nitro planes ultimate biplane its still in the building process ......and #3 is my super mini sportster its powerd by a 2208 brushless motor and 40 amp esc and 3 cell 1500 mh 20 c lipo pack it flies awsome and stable as a cady . and #4 is my gws pico stick f

shooting for around 2lbs.
