Piper Super Cub Cowl-Info needed

I'm finishing up a Super Cub kit. Nice kit but the cowl doesn't compare well with photos. The airplane doesn't look "right" with the cowl that came with the kit. I have been thinking of learning how to vacuum form, so here is an opportunity. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has an accurate drawing of the cowl or any thing that would serve as the basis for a mold. I can scale it to meet my needs.

I felt the same way with the cowl on my Hobby Lobby Super Cub. I found a real nice replacement at Hobbytown USA.

Flying jeep, could you give more details on the cowl you found at Hobbytown? Is it a replacement part for an arf or? A part no. would be great.Thanks.

Oh man I don't remember the exact part. It was for an arf I think. I just checked their web site. It's off a Hobbyzone cub. The part number is HBZ7126. It's a much nicer piece than what came in the kit...Want a photo?

Excellent, Catrancher. I'll let you know how it turns out. Will take a while, though.
