Could anyone give some comments on designing & building such a flying house?

Hello,flying mates:
I've just received the March issue of Model Airplane News and took this flying house's pic from the "pilot's project" column. Its particular configuration really appealed to me when I first saw it.As I am a Depron builder,I am about to copy this model with Depron.Although the configuration looks much easier than conventional models, there are still a few questions trouble me.
1.Is it better to make a "airfoil-shaped" floor than a flat one?
2.If airfoil is needed, whether to choose a S-shaped airfoil just as the tailess models?
3.How to setup the flying house?

Thanks you all

I don't know if they just sell the plan but the kit is available through

Also, many of the plans published in MAN and BYF are available at:

Hope this helps.
