Bad a123 cell: Best way to test with 1010C

I have a bad cell in one of my 10s1p packs. It was reading 1.70v vs the other 2.81v the rest of the 9 cells read. Note: My DVM is not calibrated correctly so it shows lower voltage then charger but it works for base comparison numbers )

I separated the cell from the 10s pack and was able to charge it a 1A and it took 2280mah after 2hrs. I then discharged it on the Tp 1010C (v2.1) and it discharged 1540mah. I currently have it charging again.

How can I test this cell with the Tp1010C? Should I try it in a 10s pack?

Anybody have an extra a123 cell ?
