Flytech dragonfly problem

The controller of RC dragonfly may be out of order. I want to open it.
But the head of the control stick is hard to remove.
Anyone know that how to remove the head of the control stick?
Please help me, thanks.

Brute force and ignorance?

I think that's the technique that one other person used. While you are in there, maybe some pictures of the inside?

How do you get the dragonfly to not wave up and down and eventually crash, because mine always will launch fine then it'll go up, level, high up then downward and finally crash. Someone please help me!!

If you haven't been through the "big" thread yet you might want to have a look:

https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=639277

In particular check out the tail mod, there's a template posted in there of a piece you can cut out of heavy paper and tape to the tail that makes it fly much better, it eliminates most of the "porpoising" you describe.

You can also get the dragonfly to stop it's undulations by initiating a gentle turn either direction. I know it does not help when you want to fly in a straight line, but it will usually settle down.

I admit that I've not tried the tail mod though.
