Foam flies better

You should use acrylic model paint. Flat. Its heavier but looks great, dosent peel or come off, and dosent damage paint. Tamiya and testors are the most common.

Model Masters makes acrylic paints that are supposed to be the RLM colors. I just love Grauviolet. When you look at it, you realize that's the color of the bottom of a lot of clouds.

I used the Model Master enamel RLM colors and I was happy with the results. It is a nice selection of colors that really give the 190 a more authentic look. Here is my 190 "kitbashed" D9. I did not know that Testors did RLMs in acyrlic.

If you have an EPS kit do not use enamel paint as it will destroy the foam. You must use acrylic paint on EPS.

Oil Based Enamel paints should only be used on EPO kits.

i think my power system is good enough, 40oz thrust for a 17oz GWS 190 is enough, i'll will be scale flying, not doing any aerobatics

Look on the outside of the box and it should state if it is an EPS or EPO kit. If you did not specifically order an EPO kit then you will have received an EPS Kit.

Ken
have you received your hextronik 750kv motor yet?

Anyone willing to sell me a cheap good ESC/BRUSHLESS OUTRUNNER combo for this bird?
